Joe Edwards, President

Joe Edwards’ experience with beekeeping spans 33 years. As a teenager, Joe Edwards worked as a beekeeper. He studied beekeeping at Fairview Prairie Regional College in Alberta, Canada. From 1989-1997, he spent Canadian winters beekeeping in New Zealand (during their summers), and beekeeping during the Canadian summers. He later married a New Zealand girl and continued beekeeping in Canada.

He launched Silver Fern Honey Farms Ltd. in 2002. Along with his team, he is involved with the honey making process from start to finish. He is fully involved in every aspect and every step of the process. This allows him to guarantee premium quality of his product.
